š Did You See Boulderās Light Pillars? A Rare Winter Phenomenon!
Boulder got a dazzling winter light show this week, as light pillarsāthose eerie, vertical beams that look like something out of a sci-fi movieālit up the night sky. These ghostly columns occur when ice crystals in the atmosphere reflect light from street lamps, creating a surreal effect.
This particular shot was captured at 2 a.m., looking toward the jail, and if you missed it in person, no worriesāweāve got you covered with this epic photo!
