Macky Auditorium – University of Colorado Campus
Known for its resident ghost Elaura Jaquette, Macky Auditorium is believed to be the most haunted place on campus. Elaura’s ghost is said to appear alongside a “man in brown,” with organ music sometimes heard echoing through the halls—even though no organ remains. Room 304, where her body was found, is the spookiest spot if you’re feeling daring.

Hotel Boulderado – Rooms 302 and 304
Boulderado guests report ghostly encounters with a woman in white, along with electrical disturbances and strange voices. The top floor has a mysterious feel, with legends suggesting Rooms 302 and 304 once witnessed a double suicide.

Arnett-Fullen House – 646 Pearl St.
The ghost of Oliva Fullen reportedly haunts this private Victorian home. Passersby claim to see a young girl in white or feel cold spots when walking past. Sometimes, the owners even add a mannequin in the window to add to the ghostly ambiance!

Old Hospital on the Hill

Once featured on a ghost-hunting show, this former hospital is now a sports medicine center, but that doesn’t stop the tales of haunting from lingering. Locals report eerie vibes—though you might not be able to get a “ghost tour,” it’s still a top spooky spot for a drive-by!

Glen Miller Ballroom – CU Boulder, UMC

Some CU students and staff claim they’ve heard faint music from the ballroom while the space is completely dark and empty. When investigated, the sounds mysteriously stop. It’s not outright haunted, but it’s definitely creepy!
